I’m Sharon Lacey and I run Tandem Payroll. I have been providing payroll services to small businesses since 2004 — first as a sole trader working from home, then as part of my book-keeping service SL Additions Ltd, now as Tandem Payroll. I am a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, having undertaken a 3 year foundation degree in Payroll Management, so when you use our payroll services you have access to the expertise you need at a price you can afford. We are very proud that most of our customers have been introduced to us by personal recommendation and value our reputation for being a friendly and hard-working team. Our success is our efficient, approachable and professional service, together with our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Our Commitment

1. We will meet all of your pay dates when you provide information in the agreed timescales.
2. We won’t tie you into a service you don’t like. If at the end of three months you are not happy with our service, you are free to leave our service immediately and we will provide you with full copies of all of your payroll data to pass onto another service provider.
3. Our charging structure is straight forward with few occasions where additional charges are made. We will agree with you in advance before incurring any additional fees.
4. We will always do our best for our customers.
